Founder
A McGill & HEC Paris graduate, he founded Peak & Vale out of a conviction that clothing should be made right. Disillusioned by a fashion industry built on waste and fads, Nate left to work in strategy, marketing, and advisory for tech giants and emerging start-ups alike. There, he sharpened the tools he'd eventually bring back to the garment world.
Pasquale
Men’s Design Lead
Pasquale has spent over a decade at the intersection of craft and performance. A London College of Fashion graduate, he brings deep technical knowledge of garment design. His skills in 3D development (CLO3D) help translate real-world movement into clothing that holds up in any environment.
Catherine
Women’s Design Lead
Catherine has spent 8+ years designing sportswear and outerwear that earns its place in a wardrobe. As a design consultant, she refined a practice built on functional integrity and sustainable thinking: two things she refuses to treat as separate concerns.
Daniela
Head of BD
Daniela brings seven years of marketing and consulting expertise at the intersection of style and utility. A leader in women’s gear and an active competitive shooter, she offers an insider perspective on Peak & Vale’s customers. This unique vantage shapes her strategic development of global partnerships and go-to-market programs.
Chris
Strategic Advisor
Chris served for over eight years in Special Operations with 1st SFOD-D, then developed gear for Army Special Forces. An avid hiker and outdoor adventurer, he is also an advocate for military veterans. Chris brings a perspective shaped by environments where equipment must perform. He sets the benchmark that Peak & Vale strives to meet.

Chief of Staff
Candice has built her career across two worlds that rarely overlap: luxury fashion and high-growth fintech. A UC Berkeley and CSM London graduate, she brings the operational precision and cross-industry fluency that underlie Peak & Vale's operations.
